– Paying on time is significant as a good renter. Landlords nightmare is that
tenants are paying irregularly and untimely. Late payments can cause financial
problems to landlords especially if they cover mortgage payments and maintenance for the
property.

– When tenants dont care if what will happen to the property in the long run of using it.
Disregarding little damages or breaks that will lead to bigger problems.

lawn care management & appliances maintenance. Tenants ignoring this task can case unmeasurable
damages to the property.
6. LONG STAYING GUESTS
-One of the biggest problems of landlords especially those landlords who are living far from the
rental property. Some tenants are bringing people to the property who are staying longer.
The worst part, there are some tenants secretly make the person rent the property especially if there are vacant rooms.
